We spent 4 nights at Riad Assouel with our 4-year-old daughter and would recommend it to any family traveling. The team was wonderful, taking special care of us and our daughter. Mohamed, our host, was very helpful and patient, going above and beyond our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, arranging transport and suggesting restaurants. The place itself is beautiful inside, clean, comfortable, and safe.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location in the old medina was perfect, allowing us easy access to the highlights of the Medina. The service here was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The room amenities were top-notch, with a cozy sitting area, air conditioning, and a patio to relax on. The free toiletries provided added a nice touch of luxury to our stay.

The only downside we experienced was a slight issue with the Wi-Fi connection on the day of our arrival. However, this did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

Had an amazing Easter break here. The breakfast was fantastic; loved the fresh fruit and yogurt. Also enjoyed the amazing location - really close to all the shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

There was a bit of a language barrier with some staff which made communication difficult. one of the meals we had was over-priced and too big for us to finish.

We were warmly greeted with Moroccan Mint tea & pastries upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The decor throughout the riad was beautiful, creating a traditional atmosphere. The rooftop area was a perfect place to relax with a book in the sun. Despite a few minor issues with the room, the overall experience was great and the service from the staff was exceptional. I would recommend this hotel for a unique and authentic stay in Marrakech.

We stayed at a gorgeous riad located in the heart of the village, just a short walk away from the market.
